VM001 - British Tommies 1943/45 - £10.99 On 6th June 1944 British, Canadian and American forces stormed ashore on the beaches of Normandy, France. The D-Day invasion signalled the beginning of an eleven month campaign which would result in the liberation of North-West Europe after four years of German occupation. The figures and models in this box are representative of a typical British (or Canadian) infantry unit involved in that famous campaign. |

VM002 - German Infantry 1943/45 - £10.99 The backbone of the German Army was the largely horse-drawn infantry division. Although these formations may now seem very primitive compared to the fully mechanised British, Canadian and American forces this criticism cannot be made of German equipment. The models in this box include the excellent MG 42 machine gun (which remained in regular service 50 years after the war), two varieties of anti-tank rocket launcher (the bazooka like ‘Panzershrecke' and the one-shot ‘Panzerfaust') and the world's first mass produced assault rifle (the MP 44). |

VM004 - Germans in Normandy 1944 - £10.99 The soldiers in this set are typical of those found in the regular army units and feature army pattern camouflage smocks and the famous Zeltbahn (a part of a shelter worn over the normal uniform to enhance personal camouflage). VM005 - German IF8 Infantry Cart - £8.99 The IF8 was the most common German platoon supply/weapons cart in World War II.
